Like making a bubble nest and flaring at his reflection. Or you could catagorize your Betta as an "it" My male Betta is named Sasha, but hes for breeding perposes, but once hes is a year old he'll be an "It". I don't want to offend but it's my opinion that some of the very short finned Plakad Betta, look like a female veil tail betta.
