Betta Spotlight: Pineapple Betta Plakat

A pineapple betta is one that has yellow scales outlined with a darker color (usually black). This is a plakat betta male and he is a halfmoon.

I have a splendon male that is a pineapple. my male has longer fins and has darker more far apart edges though.

That is a female. Impresseve color it kinda lookes like a pineapple.

That is an excellent pineapple. I’ve never seen one with that black trim on the tail before, it’s stunning.
